Good resource planning means fewer surprises
One of TOJ's most powerful functions is resource planning. With good resource planning you can easily prioritise what needs to be done and when. Moreover, your projects will go more smoothly and you'll avoid overworking key personnel.
The advantage of the resource planner in TOJ is its simplicity. You gain complete overviews of the resource situation on the department level, individual employee level and project level. You can also easily shift resources between projects and filter to see how different projects or groups of projects are affecting the overall resource situation, by department or by individual employee.
